What are the penalties if I fail to complete an annual declaration?
The Policy is meant to protect both the University and its members. The Administrative Head of Unit will notify the University Counsel and take immediate and appropriate action when it becomes aware of violations of the Policy or Procedures. Sanctions will be commensurate with the extent of the violation and may include termination of funding and reimbursement of any financial benefit gained as a result of the violation in addition to any disciplinary action taken by the University.
