Failure of BNSF to furnish the guaranteed equipment 15 days from want date shall result in the payment, to the holder of the COT, of a maximum of $200 per car, for each deficit car beginning at 00:01 a.m. on the 16th day. Notification should be made to the AG Commodities Unit. When the cars are placed, a “COT Guarantee Claim Form” should be filled out and sent to AG Commodities in Fort Worth within 60 days of placement date or claim will be declined.
