What are the penalties for violation of the URI tailgating policies and/or state laws?

Patrons in violation of policies will be removed from the tailgating area and escorted off campus. Patrons in violation of state law will be subject to summons and/or arrest and prosecution. URI students who violate any policies or laws are also subject to penalties set forth in the University’s Code of Conduct.
