What are the penalties for licensing violations?
PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS Penalties for licensing violations are $100 for each day of operating without a license. In addition, a person who violates the Idaho Pesticides Law may be assessed a civil penalty up to $3000 per violation and may also be subject to misdemeanor criminal penalties of $1000 per violation and up to one year in jail. Violators are also subject to license suspension, denial, or revocation. The Department may issue suitable warnings or other administrative actions for minor violations.
