What are the penalties for late rent at Storage Plus?
For customers who are late when paying their rent there is a $10.00 fee. After two months rent is missed late payment bills sent out to the customer. Once three months has passed, the unit is set for auction and the customer is informed. Failure to pay what is owed will result in the selling of the self storage customers stored articles.
