What are the penalties for late payments, returned Checks, etc.?
A. If your Credit Card/Debit Card payment is declined when due and is not received by 5 days past the due date, your account will be de-activated and you will incur a $10 re-activation fee in addition to the monthly amount due. We charge a $30 additional fee for all returned Checks or Credit Card charge-backs. We take Credit Card charge-back fraud very seriously and will prosecute to the full extent of the law in such cases.
