What are the penalties for early termination of a lease?
If you decide to move out prior to the end of the lease term then you will be required to give us 60 days written notice, pay rent through that 60 day notice period, and pay a penalty. The early termination fee is equal to the lesser of one month’s rent or ΒΌ of the rent due during the remaining lease term. Back to Top Set an appointment.
