A Peel Session refers to a performance done for broadcast on the John Peel Show on BBC radio. The Cure did about a 1/2 dozen Peel Sessions before 1985. Four songs from their 1979 Peel Session were released on the Strange Fruit label in 1988. Check a discography for info.
