What are the payment terms?

Lynx operate industry standard payment terms of 45% deposit, 45% 2nd stage payment and a 10% balance payment on completion – alternatively, Lynx can arrange a fully tailored finance package to suit your needs (this would entail no upfront payments and set number of monthly repayments following completion of the work).
• Installment agreements generally require equal monthly payments. • The amount of an installment payment will be based on the amount owed and on the taxpayers ability to pay that amount within the time legally available for the IRS to collect. • By law, the IRS has the authority to collect outstanding federal taxes for ten years from the date of assessment.

Late Payment Charges If your balance is overdue we will send you a letter chasing payment advising you to make payment immediately. If we do not receive this an urgent overdue letter will be sent to you, which will be charged at 15.00 and this amount will automatically be added to your balance. If payment is still not received a further letter will be sent to you stating that your booking will be cancelled if payment is not received, and this letter will be charged at 30.00, which again will be automatically added to your balance.
