What are the payment terms?
Payment terms will vary according to development but normally for apartments except to pay between a 15 and 25% deposit. The remainder of the funds will be required over the building term in stage payments, often 10% every 3 months. For villas, expect between 10 and 30% as deposit with the balance paid on completion. Maintenance fees for apartments range from 4-6 AED per square foot per annum. Villas are typically 600-800 AED per month.
Typically, you will pay for the first two foundations on or before the first session. On or before your first regular coaching session, you will provide six post-dated cheques dated the first of each month. If you choose to continue at the end of six months, you will have the choice of commiting to a specific time frame and providing the appropriate number of post-dated cheques or paying a month at a time at the beginning of each month.
