What are the payment terms for the winning bidder?
The winning bidder must execute Eclipse Aviation’s Aircraft Purchase Agreement, its Terms and Conditions and Exhibits, and must tender 100% payment of the final bid price (less deposit) by no later than seven (7) business days after the auction’s close. If the winning bidder has accrued Eclipse Dollars, the value of these will be deducted as a line item credit from the final invoice. The $5,000 Bidders’ Club membership fee or the $5,000 deposit also will be deducted from the final invoice.
