Using the Unemployment Tax Services Internet system, online payments can be made using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit method. ACH payments can be scheduled in advance of the actual payment date. A remittance form is also available, if the employer prefers to pay by check. Both payment methods are provided free of charge.

You can pay by using one of the following payment options: 1. By Direct Debit. If you would like to set this up, please call the Call Centre on: 0845 640 0700. 2. Send a cheque attached to the giro slip, to the following address: Home Retail Group Card Services Limited, Royal Avenue, Widnes, WA88 1AP. Please allow 5 days for the payment to reach your account. To avoid delays, please write your address, postcode and account number on the back of the cheque. 3. By cash or cheque at any bank using the giro slip on the bottom of your statement. There should be no handling fee at your own bank or at any branch of Lloyds/TSB bank. Please allow 5 days for the payment to reach your account 4. If your bank offers a direct bill payment service, just call them or visit their website. Quote our direct payment account number: 9050 5498 plus the sort code 20-91-79.

Most airlines take major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. US carriers also accept Discover and Diner’s Club cards. For those tickets, we will email you a credit card charge credit card charge authorization form to be signed and faxed back. In the case that the airline or the ticket type require non-credit card payment, you will be asked to send us a cashier’s check or money order, which can be purchased in the Post Office. Personal check is not accepted. Wire transfer is accepted free of charge.

Payment may be submitted in one of two methods: ACH Pre-Authorized Debit or company check. If paying via ACH, the CTA will debit your company’s account shortly after the close of the update window; this transaction will occur only during months that an order was submitted. If paying with a company check, it must be postmarked by the 15th of the month during which the online order form was submitted.
