What are the payment due dates and deadlines?
Unemployment Insurance Tax is Due on the last day of the month, following the last day of the calendar quarter. April 30, July 31, Oct 31, and Jan 31. Benefits Paid Charges for reimbursable employers are due on the last day of the month following the month in which the Benefits Paid Charge Statements were sent. (May 30, Aug 31, Nov 30, Feb 28). All other fees and Penalties are Due 30 days after the notice of the fee or penalty is sent. If the Payment deadline falls on a non-business day (Weekend or Holiday) the payment will be due the following business day.
