What are the payment arrangements and what forms of payment are accepted?
An estimate of costs will be given for any animal that is admitted to the hospital and a deposit is required before admission. However, since your pet’s medical condition may require care that exceeds the estimate, we aim to update every owner on their current bill every other day. You certainly may ask for an update daily. For outpatient visits and consultations payment in full is required at the time of service. Payment in full is also required at the time of discharge for hospitalized patients. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. Personal checks are immediately processed electronically.
