What are the passport and visa requirements to travel to Africa?
Most African countries require that you are in possession of a valid passport with an expiration date not less than six months after your return to your country of resident. Most countries are required to have entry visas for Kenya (purchase before travel US $50 per person), Tanzania (purchase before travel US $50 per person) and Uganda (purchase before travel US $50 per person). Visas can also be acquired on arrival at any of the East African international airports or borders.
