What medical precautions do we need to take before visiting Tanzania? Each individual visiting Tanzania should seek medical advice from their doctor before doing travelling. The only legal vaccination requirement for entry into Tanzania is Yellow Fever. You may be asked to show a Yellow Fever vaccination certificate on arrival.
