General Requirements Microsoft Partner Program (MSPP): You must be a registered member of the Microsoft Partner Program. If you do not have a Microsoft Passport or Microsoft Partner Program ID number, you will be prompted to create one. (This process is easy and will take about 10 minutes to complete.) Office System Solution Directory (OSSD): All Microsoft Packaged Services partners are required to register in the Office System Solution Directory to participate in the program and be displayed on the Provider Listing. BVPS Registration: The partner company must have registered for the BVPS program and accepted the contract terms. Microsoft Certified Professionals: Partner company must have (1) consultant on staff or under contract who is certified on Business Value Planning Services by taking Exam #74-674, Delivering Business Value Planning Services.
