The Survey Vendor Requirements for the 2011 MA & PDP CAHPS Surveys are available via the MA & PDP CAHPS Web site. At a minimum, a survey vendor’s Project Manager and Telephone Survey Supervisor are required to participate in the Medicare CAHPS Training. In order to participate in the training, survey vendors must submit an application to the MA & PDP CAHPS Project Team by July 30, 2010 and that application needs to be approved.
