What are the parameters for assigning work hours to part-time DVOP/LVER staff?
The policy is provided in VPL 09-03 dated June 9, 2003. Current DVOP/LVER staff must remain as full-time DVOP/LVER staff or they must be half-time DVOP/LVER staff and half-time Wagner-Peyser or other appropriate State staff. New or previously unfilled DVOP/LVER positions can be designated as half-time DVOP/LVER positions only without having the requirement that the individual be a full-time employee. Individuals can be assigned to only half or full-time DVOP/LVER positions.
