What are the overheads and other hidden costs involved besides the cost of the Apartment?
The overheads are as listed below:- 1) Annual House tax to the Panchayat or Local council: An annual house tax of Rs.1,800/- approx. (Rupees One thousand Eight hundred only) shall be paid annually to the local council or Panchayat office. 2) One-time Registration charges: The Registration charges for registration of the flat shall be 4% of the selling price for the registration of the final sale deed. This is a one-time payment and covers stamp paper and registration charges. The legal fees for drafting of the Final sale deed shall be Rs. 5,000/-. 3) Infrastructure Tax (One Time Payment): The infrastructure Tax payable amounts to approx. Rs.40/- (Rupees Forty Only) per sq. mtrs. of the area of the apartment. 4) Service Tax (One Time Payment): The Service Tax payable amounts to approx. 4.04% of the total cost of the apartment.
