What are the outside of Las Vegas wedding cakes made out of?
I have eaten 2 wedding cakes at hotels down in Vegas, and they both had a “waxing” coating for the frosting. The outside of these wedding cakes served at hotels – are by no means edible. They seem “waxy!” A: Well here in Cali there the cakes are just made of regular cake mix– and the frosting or top of the cake is usually made up of sweet frosting or whipped cream.
