The reports in QE-Pro can be saved to TECS Report format, or commonly used third party products like, MS Word, MS Excel, or HTML report. If the reports are generated in Word or Excel format then user can modify them as per his needs but if the reports are in TECS report format or HTML format then they are difficult to modify.
