What are the output capabilities of an NGE machine?
Productivity ranges depending on the type of machine. All our machines require one operator. The rotary table rotates like helicopter blade so that the operator stays stationary and can use both hands while the other side gets the decoration applied in the press. Every embossing regardless of the model of machine takes the same amount of seconds to decorate the same materials. So if you have a $25,000 machine or a $125,000 machine the embossing/debossing output is the exactly same. Below is a sample chart of expected outputs in any environment.
