The revenue sources include: property tax, sales tax, utility taxes, development permits and licenses, intergovernmental revenue, public works licenses and fees, public safety fines and forfeits, licenses and service charges, gambling taxes (several items are included in this category that are not from gambling houses, such as pull tabs).
