What are the other La Yogurt ingredients that aren’t yogurt or fruit?
Depending upon style and flavor, the ingredients may include some or all of the following: citric acid, added for flavoring (but also important to metabolic function), is present in citrus fruits; pectin and locust bean gum are natural plant extracts used to thicken the fruit preparation so that the fruit pieces dose evenly throughout production; monocalcium phosphate allows the form of pectin used in the fruit prep to gel; kosher gelatin is a thickener used in some of our yogurts for a custard consistency.
