A. An Ortlin-Backup package is a service that provides a secure repository for your data. There are different packages available that offer incremental increases in the amount of data that is allowed to be stored on the offsite servers. Packages can utilize either the Ortlin-Backup or the Ortlin-ISCSI application. Some packages include overnight services in the monthly price of the package. When the overnight service is being used, your data will be delivered to you along with a Realtime Restore Environment if applicable.
