What are the origins of the Argeneau name?
I came up with the Argeneau name from argentum, which is Latin for silver. In early times people were named for notable attributes (i.e. strength, blonde hair, etc.) and as the Argeneaus all have silvered blue eyes I decided their name would be based on this. They have had various versions of the name over time such as Argent, Argentis, Argento, and Argeneau depending on the time period and where they were living. I decided on the French version for the modern day family.
