What are the ordering & payment options?
Given Cloudwine provides a fully secure link for credit card payments we recommend that customers order this way (see below for security details). However, if you prefer, cheque, money order & credit cards can be used via the following options: (a) FAX your order (print out the order form in the check-out section if you like) to (03) 9682 0134 – (or phone 03 9699 6700) – please advise your preferred method of payment on the fax. We will confirm the order and if necessary collect your payment details via email, fax or phone (if using credit card). (b) EMAIL your order to sales@cloudwine.com.au advising your preferred method of payment. We can contact you by phone or email to get your payment details. (c) Direct Debit the value of your order to our bank account. If this is your preferred method just drop us an email and we will send you account details back to you ASAP. (d) If none of the above is suitable you can order the old fashioned way by printing out the order form in the check-ou
