What are the optional accessories and add-ons available for Alert Systems?
You can extend the range of area monitored by your Alert system by purchasing add-on Sensor/Tranmitters. To extend the range of the signal transmisson from the Sensor to the Receiver, you can purchase a Relay Transmitter. The following plug-in accessories are available to customise the type of alert you receive: siren, strobe light, and buzzer Will Infra-Red Alert be set off by rain or snow or leaves or pets? Rain or snow (or hail for that matter) will not set off the Infra-Red Alert sensor/tranmitters. The infra-red beam only reacts to movement or activity of heated bodies such as people or cars. As for pets it is optional: you can adjust the senor so to lower the beam direction downwards in order to pick up pets.
