A. We have tremendous opportunities at Paint Stores Group for aggressive, bright men and women. Currently we promote over 95% of our managers from within our company, and specifically from the Management Trainee Program. We are adding 75 new stores and 75 new sales rep territories annually which will provide significant promotion opportunities for our employees.
