What are the Operator and Assistant Numbers and how would I use them?
An operator number is an on campus extension you have preset in your voicemail. When a caller reaches your voicemail and presses zero he/she will be automatically transferred to that on-campus extension. It is customary for you to mention the operator number in your greeting if you want to use it.
