What are the operating hours of the support helpdesk?
Synchronica offers two levels of support. Depending on the level of support which you have chosen, you will either be able to access the helpdesk 24/7 or during regular German business hours. Access to the helpdesk during German business hours is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 Central European Time (7:00 to 16:00 GMT). The helpdesk is closed on German public holidays.
