What are the opening times of local shops?
Generally, Shops open at 09.00hrs until 13.00hrs and reopen in the afternoon from 16.00hrs until 19.00hrs. All shops are closed on Sundays except for the Bay Street Shopping Complex in St Julians (within 2 minutes walking distance) which is open seven days a week and does not close in the afternoon. Pharmacies observe the same opening hours as shops, however they open on a roster basis on Sunday mornings.
