What are the ongoing fees – royalty, marketing, etc.?
• Licensing Fee – five percent (5%) of Net Sales • Marketing Fund – one percent (1%) of Net Sales • Co-Op – Typically one to four percent (1-4%), as decided by the members (if Co-Op exists) • Marketing Expenses: You will agree to spend at least five percent (5%) of Net Sales on marketing and advertising. The Marketing Fund contribution and Co-Op fees (if applicable) mentioned above are credited towards the spending requirement.
