What are the ongoing costs for EZ-Direct Deposit™ software? Are there any transaction fees, penalties for checks not paid, or other hidden costs?
There are NO on-going fees or transaction costs from Coastal Software & Consulting. However, service firms that use EZ-Direct Deposit™ to provide an ACH service to companies may charge fees. To avoid these costs, your company can purchase EZ-Direct Deposit™ independently. Finally, your Bank or Credit Union may charge an ‘origination’ fee for setting up the ACH and passing it to the Federal Reserve for distribution to your customers’ and employees’ banks and credit unions.
