Management duties include: scheduling, staying in contact with owners of the boat for current information about necessary repairs, authorizing repairs in conjunction with captain, collecting annual operating expenses in four annual installments, paying bills from repairmen, insurance, slip and providing overall management service. The yacht is managed by Mike Jirasek of Pointe Claire, QC, Canada.
