What are the objectives of the way of the warrior seminar?
• Align the warrior executive to him/herself: This means making the executive self aware of who he/she is behind the labels and positions set by the company. Managing stress is one of the key tools to achieving this. These tools are also meant to help enhance Emotional Quotient skills, memory and mind-body wellness. • Align the warrior executive to team mates: This means establishing a flow of interpersonal relationships between co-workers and team mates. • Align the warrior executive to environment: This means establishing a mind set of awareness of one’s business surroundings. • Align the warrior executive to Company goals and Mission/Vision: The actions of the executive must lead towards the actualization of the company’s vision/mission.
