The Project Management Certificate Program is intended to give Caltrans Project Delivery team members the necessary skills to enhance their effectiveness through processes such as organizing, planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling a variety of tasks in order to keep Capital Projects on task, on time, and on budget.
