Basic objective of public health study is, one should have such life style that you should not depend on others, we can fulfill this objective by focusing on following areas of public health. 1. Availability of required diet. Medical scientist already suggested it. Basic requirement should be based on nutritional values which are required for safe human life. There should be innovation of balanced diet age and sex wise like, Protein, vitamin etc should be balanced. Awareness about balanced diet is very important. Education about balanced and required diet now a day is a must. 2. Availability of required clean drinking water. Drinking water is a cause of 50% top diseases that are directly linked with water. It is a most important issue. Before 5-6 years clean water was available. Especially in rural areas there is unavailability of pure and clean drinking water. Clean standard water is only available in few urban areas. Stored water is also not clean. It is main cause of stomach problem
