Disk space is the amount of available hard drive space that has been allocated to your account and your website. Your HTML files, PHP files, images and video all take up disk space associated with your account. Bandwidth is the amount of data that your hosting account will allow your visitors to download, for example, if you have a 500MB file called “MyFile.zip” and you have 1,000MB bandwidth on your account, when 2 of your visitors download “MyFile.zip” you will have used all of your available bandwidth allocated to your account.
