A. The Office of Conferences operates a 24/7 hour reception desk. Participants can call (615) 343-8699 24 hours, 7 days a week to reach a staff member. Staff is on duty around the clock to respond to any problems which may arise. The Office of Conferences is open from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
