After the NOP comment period has elapsed, the County will consider all input in preparation of a draft EIR. The public will be notified when the draft EIR is complete and where copies may be obtained for review. The public then will have 45 days to provide comments on the draft EIR. Once that comment period expires, the County will prepare a final EIR that will include responses to all comments received and any necessary revisions to the draft EIR. The County then may certify the final EIR and consider the project for approval.
