Once we get the agreement from the real estate agent we will organise an appointment for the signature of the lease at which time you will be required to make several payments such as: the 1st month of rent, the agency fees (equal to about 1 month of rent), the deposit (1 month of rent for an unfurnished flat, 2 months of rent for a furnished flat). Then we will proceed with you to the check-in and inventory review. To rent a flat the tenant needs to have a home insurance policy, otherwise the owner will not hand over the keys.
