What are the new Scrin sub-factions?
Reaper-17 and Traveler-59 comprise Scrin’s two sub-factions. Reaper-17 allows players to utilize additional ground force strength, but at the cost of effective aircraft. The Reaper Tripods can absorb Tiberium to power up their attack in the same way Devourer tanks can. Traveler 59 is just the opposite. While their ground power is slightly compromised, they can build a new unit called the cultist, which can use mind control just like a Mastermind. The great thing about them? You can build as many as you want!
