A1: The following pollutants were added to the Emission Statements reporting requirements that take effect with the submittals due in May 2004. 1. Particulate matter less than 2.5 micron (PM2.5) and particulate precursor ammonia, 2. The greenhouse gases methane and carbon dioxide, and 3. A list of 36 toxic air pollutants (TAPs).
