What are the New Mexico laws for driving with a learners permit?
If the actions of every other New Mexico driver are anything to go by pass on the wrong side of the road on a blind turn, only drive when drunk, have twice as many passengers as seatbelts, cause traffic jams when there are only 5 cars on the road and pay twice as much for a traffic ticket as you would anywhere else because all your tickets will be in Indian land.
