First time adult applicants must pay the $55 passport book application fee, the $20 security surcharge, and a $25 execution fee, for a total of $100. Minor applicants under the age of 16 must pay the $40 passport book application fee, the $20 security surcharge, and a $25 execution fee, for a total of $85. Adult applicants applying to renew their passport must pay the $55 passport book application fee and the $20 security surcharge, for a total of $75.00. No execution fee is collected for renewal applications.
