What are the new features in JCR 4.0?
What are the new features in JCR 4.0? • New subject category level data provide easy access to analyses that will enhance your journal evaluations. The new data include median and aggregate impact factors, aggregate immediacy index, aggregate cited/citing half-life, citation and article totals, as well as other detailed graphs and listings of citation relationships. • New related journal data provide insight on relevant journals beyond citation counts alone, factoring in journal size and the body of references output annually. These data have been added for journals cited more than 100 times in the JCR year. Related journals consider titles with both cited and citing relationships with a given title or subject category. • Source data include a new element. In addition to the number of articles and reviews published, JCR source data will also display the number of all other published items, providing a view of the balance of scholarly materials and editorial, informational or news items
