What are the Netherlands aims?
The under-five mortality rate must be reduced by two-thirds by 2015, compared to 1990. The Netherlands wants to help meet this target. How does the Ministry of Foreign Affairs intend to achieve these aims? Good functioning healthcare systems form a necessary condition for reaching MDG 4.
