What are the negative effects of teenage pregnancy?
I’m 17 years old, and I found out that I am expecting just this passed Thursday. I have been with my boyfriend for almost two years and we couldn’t be more happy and/or excited. I believe that the negativity of a pregnant teen is based on her attitude and the people around her. People like to say that a pregnant teenager isn’t able to support her child, and this is very untrue. My boyfriend has a full-time job, and I’m still going to finish school and start my career in Oncology. Negative effects of a pregnant teen come from the negative teen herself. If she has a pessimistic state of mind, then her child will not have a good life. The positive and negative factors are based on the support she gives to herself and the support she receives from other people. There’s no right or wrong answer.
